week a little more slack at the level of hours of training since my family was in Switzerland and we had to do a little tourist guide! ;-) However, they have been trained very qualitative ... and hard! - Swimming. 2.000m interspersed in a session of Aquathlon.
- Bike: 1 output to cabbage Pillon of 94kms with 1,300 of vertical.
- Running: 34km noting the climb to Mont Pelerin with 450m of altitude in a one-way travel 4kms.
Week 4 is "recovery", which I need, but on Saturday carried out, a good preparatory session 100km bike and 20km from Lausanne.
