flojilla week more than expected and that, ultimately, had to travel to Gronau (Germany) as practically lost 2 days of training although I could make a good start for running, completely flat, going from the hotel where I was to a small lake of about 3kms aired perimeter but a good feeling of relaxation ... of good cheer: As for the bike, note the output 44kms from my home to Les Pleiades metiendome for 2 consecutive 1,300 m of altitude.
To continue with this burden fairly km unevenness, this Easter I've been to Mont Pelerin, making a positive difference of about 450m running at about 4 km (if it), hard enough legs left me You put dust. And tomorrow, my goal is to make other positive slope 1,300 m in some 60kms of travel by bike, to Gstaad:
