How time flies! ... and you have to put the batteries. This week I will start a program that I was prepared to tackle the Alpe d'Huez triathlon. It consists of 16 weeks with several tests on the road as 10km Bombers, 20km Lausanne, 2 sprint triathlons and B de Balaguer. However, you can never control the technical problems that can influirte. Like yesterday, I was about to get a good start and the 5km noticed that the left foot is just me .. chain and look good and when I look at my foot pedal hangs me!! Go lucky not to go into higher (or worse, down) and standing on the bike. I would have broken! Total
, which take the train (so that was very close), and for a while, two feet, went to the workshop. The internal screw that connects the pedals (and plate) had been broken but could cope in a moment.
No ill wind that blows no good so I went out the afternoon for a route with 4 cyclists know. In total, 54kms in a total of 2h. 20min.
This morning session running for just over an hour but enough about 600m of vertical climbing in a positive slope up to 4 km from Mont Pelerin Bergere 2000m swim followed.
week I've completed a couple of sessions of running and spinning other 2 so we started to get our act together.
