
2 weeks have been very intense level bike with enough gap to prepare the legs for the Alpe d'Huez. Trainings have been hard but very motivating and in good company:
Swimming: Only 5,000 m in 2 weeks. My loose, but intense. I wanted to improve in this area but I will not be possible by the limited availability of time so I have to play more quality workouts and less volume. This week pressed under this sector as it is my recovery week I'm going to feel great.
Bike: 407kms rather hard and good company. I have done a good workout every 3 days and all are noteworthy:
- The 100km route with Javi (5 h) Output
- 67kms in 3 hours with Rudy
- Around the Lake, with 180kms in 6 hours .
- 2h. spinning over
Run: 55km. Rather excasos but that's what I paid. From now should make a long run a week getting some positive slope.
