I'm happy, after the break after the Marathon, I started training for the IM means that I have set as goals: B de Balaguer and, most importantly, Alpe d'Huez Long Distance ... and I feel fine.
I sincerely believe that the Middle IM is a distance that fits to my ability. Full IM requires much effort and many hours of training, of which I do not have. However, training for a Half IM is straining a bit more the coaches for the Olympics, raising the volume of training during the weekends. 2h. Spinning + 1h. running is a good workout for a half IM, but not for the longest distance.
- Wednesday: 30 'running, soft, carrying about 6kms.
- Thursday: 1 hour. Spinning (first long) + 1.500m. swim (which also swam long time no see!)
- Friday: 8kms. running by some series of 500m. Loaded legs but good feelings after training.
- Saturday: 2h. spinning + 2 km running. I noticed the lack of long bike workouts, but I notice a good recovery after workouts.
- Sunday: Rise to Les Pleiades: 26.5 km in 1h. 27 'with an average of 18.27 km / h. Here is the altimetry:

Les Pleiades will be my training circuit for positive slope. Are 13.2 km climb that today, the first of the year, I made in 1h. 5 '. Accumulate positive slope 600m from ramps quite interesting.
