if I am depressed because I have not trained all week with a fever since last Friday until yesterday. I feel terrible ... and right in full preparation for the Marathon. Doubt and lose 3h 30 'and the worst is in my lack of confidence.

The workouts have not been bad:
- Swimming: 12.000m.No much but could be less. The positive thing is that I've got the annual subscription and I set the goal of improving this sector. During the next few weeks focalizare in swimming and running. Bike
- : Sorry 260km. but the best was a 80km out. The rest through spinning classes
- Run: 120km which goes to an average of 30km/sem. Not bad, but the last two weeks have been very very loose. Toca
put the batteries ... and I'm not motivated!
